- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 3/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
- Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels and coat with olive oil.
- In a bowl, combine the rub ingredients.
- Rub the spice mixture evenly over both sides of the pork chops.
- Place the pork chops in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 5 minutes, then flip the chops.
- Continue cooking for 4-7 more minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 135°F.
- Remove the pork chops and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Tips
- For juicy chops, use thick-cut pork chops that are at least 1 1/2 inches thick.
- Don’t overcook the pork chops. Use an instant-read thermometer to ensure they reach the desired temperature.
- Let the pork chops rest before serving to allow the juices to redistribute.
Serving Suggestions
