Irresistible Air Fryer Pork Chops


For the Pork Chops:

  • 2 thick, center-cut pork chops (bone-in recommended)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

For the Pork Rub:

  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander

  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt

  • 3/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper


  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
  2. Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels and coat with olive oil.
  3. In a bowl, combine the rub ingredients.
  4. Rub the spice mixture evenly over both sides of the pork chops.
  5. Place the pork chops in a single layer in the air fryer basket.

  6. Air fry for 5 minutes, then flip the chops.
  7. Continue cooking for 4-7 more minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 135°F.
  8. Remove the pork chops and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.


  • For juicy chops, use thick-cut pork chops that are at least 1 1/2 inches thick.
  • Don’t overcook the pork chops. Use an instant-read thermometer to ensure they reach the desired temperature.
  • Let the pork chops rest before serving to allow the juices to redistribute.
