These wraps have the fast food vibe but with homemade flavor, and they’re super easy to make.


  • Cooked chicken tenders (air fryer or baked)
  • Frank’s Buffalo Sauce (or Frank’s Hot Sauce and melted butter)
  • Flour tortillas (small or large)
  • Ranch or blue cheese dressing
  • Shredded lettuce (iceberg or romaine)

  • Shredded cheddar cheese (or crumbled blue cheese)
  • Honey (optional)
  • Chopped green onions


  1. Brush the chicken tenders with Buffalo sauce.
  2. Spread dressing on the tortillas.
  3. Layer on lettuce, cheese, and chicken tenders.
  4. Drizzle with honey (if desired).
