Ingredients

  • 1 (15-ounce) can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil, divided
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons seasoning salt (or your preferred seasoning)

  2. Toss with oil: In a bowl, toss the chickpeas with 1 1/2 teaspoons of oil.
  3. Air fry:

Place the chickpeas in a single layer in your air fryer basket. Cook at 400°F for 11-14 minutes, shaking the basket every 4 minutes.
  4. Season: Transfer the chickpeas back to the bowl and add the remaining 1 teaspoon of oil and the seasoning. Toss to coat.
