Crispy Air Fryer Salmon Bites: Ready in 15 Minutes!

Ingredients


  • 1 pound center-cut salmon (skin removed)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon low-sodium soy sauce

  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper




Instructions

  1. Cut the salmon into 1-inch cubes.
  2. In a bowl, combine the salmon with the mustard, honey, soy sauce, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.

  3. Line your air fryer basket with parchment paper.
  4. Add the salmon bites to the air fryer, ensuring they don’t touch.
  5. Air fry at 400°F for 5 to 7 minutes, or until cooked through (no need to flip).
  6. Serve immediately.

  • Honey Garlic Air Fryer Salmon Bites: Use 2 tablespoons honey, 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder, and omit the soy sauce and ginger. Season with salt after cooking.
